TACT (The Adolescent and Children’s Trust) is a national charity for children and young people involved within the care system, the core services being adoption and fostering. However we also offer a range of other services to help, support, encourage and empower our young people, families, and carers.

TACT helps create families; bringing together children who, for whatever reason, do not enjoy a loving home with people who can provide one. The type of care offered to individuals is based primarily upon one thing – providing the best quality of life for those in care.

TACT is committed to remaining beyond profit, returning any operating surplus to those in acre. We invest in a range of additional services and activities for our carers and young people, including national events such as our Young People’s Participation Weekend and our Carers Awards. We fundraise to deliver the support and services our young people need.
